Want to know more about me?
Hey there, I’m Rishav —
an ASIC Verification Engineer by profession, a robotics geek by heart, and a web developer when caffeine kicks in.
I currently work at Synopsys, where I help tame digital chaos — one protocol, one waveform, and one bug at a time.
Over the past couple of years, I’ve owned and verified complex features in the AMBA-APB/AHB/AXI and SSI IP, from clock stretching and data masking to full-throttle baud rate operations. (Yep, I make your hardware talk like a pro.)
Before chips and waveforms, I built crawling quadrupeds and ball-balancing bots, led my team to Robocon, and even traded a few markets (and rooks) for fun.
When I’m not diving into Verdi traces, you’ll find me playing chess, watching cricket, or analyzing candlestick patterns like it’s a thriller.
Welcome to my corner of the internet — part digital lab, part playground

Fluent in SystemVerilog and UVM with hands-on experience in verifying complex IPs like Synopsys DWC SSI. From testbench architecture to coverage closure, I do it all — reliably and rigorously.
Well-versed in SPI, xSPI, APB, AHB, and custom sideband protocols. I’ve worked on features like clock stretching, data masking, and execute-in-place — ensuring timing precision and protocol compliance.
VCS, Verdi, DVE, coreTools — you name it. I use the best of Synopsys’ suite to debug, validate, and deliver clean silicon-ready designs.
Comfortable with Python, Perl, and basic TCL. I write quick scripts to boost efficiency and tame the daily grind of regression runs and log parsing.
Built Chrome extensions and full-fledged websites from scratch. I speak fluent HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap — and I design with both function and flair.
Problem-solver, collaborator, and curious mind. I’ve led verification flows, debugged hairy issues, and built tools that saved teams hours.
Worked as a Senior Verification Engineer at Synopsys, owning 10+ feature-level projects on the DWC SSI IP, and previously interned there developing an APB RAP Bus Function Model while undergoing formal VLSI training from Maven Silicon. Led student tech communities at BIT Mesra as Vice President of Robolution and WebD Lead at GDSC, while building a foundation in robotics, frontend development, and digital systems.

I make use of vast variety of latest technology tools to create Embedded and webdev projects and deployed them locally on heroku.
The theme is "ROBO RUGBY 7s", in this game, each team designs two robots, one as pass robot, and another as try robot. Each can either be manual or automated. The pass robot will pick up the rugby balls, and the try robot needs to either place them to the trying spot, or to kick the ball passing through a pole.

This is a color guessing game. On top, the RGB color code of a randomly picked color is displayed, for example RGB(123, 231, 213). You have to guess which of the squares below uses this color. You can switch between Easy and Hard mode. Easy mode gives 3 squares to choose from, Hard mode gives 6. Switching the mode starts a new game.
